LINOMTHA NOBUHLE MNGCWENGI is an accomplished actress, poet, singer, storyteller and language teacher at Xhosa Fundis. She has performed both nationally & internationally. She has worked as a radio presenter doing storytelling on a kids program on the community Radio Station radio, Zibonele. Nobuhle is also a recording artist, signed by one of the best music stables in South Africa, ‘Native Rhythms’. On a personal level, having grown up in the Eastern Cape, Nobuhle deeply values Xhosa traditions and culture. Her love for the language is, as she puts it, ‘beyond words’. Nobuhle’s natural warmth and joy is infectious to all those around her!
